Mufti Abdul Wahab is a respected Islamic Scholar and dedicated philanthropist, born in Karachi, Pakistan, on 18th February 1972. Now based in London, UK, he is widely recognised for his scholarly contributions and religious guidance. Mufti Abdul Wahab completed his early Islamic education in Qur’anic studies and memorised the Holy Qur’an as a Hafiz during his teenage years. He holds the distinction of being the first graduate of Madrassah Mahadul Khaeel ul Islamia. Following his foundational studies, he attained the title of Mufti from Jamia Binoria Karachi. He studied under esteemed scholars, including Yousuf Ludhianvi and Mufti Muhammad Naeem, and follows the Sunni, Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat tradition of Islam.

In 2006, he appeared on ARY QTV as a host of a question-and-answer programme, establishing his identity as the youngest Islamic Q&A show host in the UK. In 2011, he joined Iqra TV for “Q and A with Mufti Abdul Wahab.” He is currently hosting the programme “Guftagoo” on Islam Channel Urdu (Sky 755, Virgin 839), a role he has continued since 2015.
